I have to say just as the card says less stress grooming. Precious that’s my dogs name. She is a very standoffish dog. She’s 15 and I have to say that I was very pleased and very grateful for the way that they treated precious. That’s why I gave it a five star but when it comes down to it, it’s for Precious and we are very grateful and we will continue having the mobile unit come by again. She was super friendly and I was a little worried about my pup because she does not like her nails getting cut! She allowed me to come in with her so i can keep my dog calm (which honestly wasnt needed because my pup was really good with her! ) but she was also really good with my pup. I left a message for Crystal yesterday and she returned my call this morning and came to my home and took care of my two dogs even trimmed my cat's nails today. She did an amazing job. We had a great experience! When our groomer of 11 yrs stepped away due to health reasons, I was extremely leary to trust anyone with our little princess! Winnie is a senior dog with special needs and I am EXTREMELY over protective of her, but Crystal made me and my dog, feel right at ease! She was very careful and efficient and Winnie looks fantastic.
