I was always athletic at school. I was a part of as many sports clubs as possible and I would never seem to slow down – being active is simply who I am. Tamika is the BEST there is out there to help move your body and spirit in a healthier, positive direction! After an initial in-depth phone call to reflect where I was on my journey, I could tell there were unique qualities about Tamika's approach I had never encountered with others in her field. We met later that week for an assessment to see where I could start. I had not consistently worked out for over a decade, had high blood pressure, and found out that my glucose levels were in the diabetic range.
