I have been in the corporate world for many years, and more than anything, it has been working with my peers as a trainer, coach and mentor that has filled me with the most joy and fulfillment. Whether in a 1:1 situation or working with a team, it is all about collaboration, support, discovering new ways to approach challenges without me telling you what to do, but rather discovering the answers together. I am so proud and honored to watch the amazing transformations, whether it be as a leader wanting to level up their skills, improve their self confidence, time management, stop the overthinking and overwhelm or second guessing themselves, bettering a relationship, finding clarity in a situation, pulling themselves out of what they think is a hopeless situation that they cannot see a way out of, become a better communicator, feeling alive again. I excel in assisting to bring change to people that may feel like they are unworthy of their success, or perhaps invisible to their superiors or peers and just need the support and non judgement from an outside party to help them navigate things in life that may be too overwhelming to deal with. I have done the work, for starters. Anyone can call themselves a coach. I have been to school, had to pass an exam, log in many many hours of coaching sessions in order to receive my accreditation. Not all coaches are accredited. More importantly, this is my passion. It became so when I, myself experienced some devastating events that almost took me out of the game. I knew, I could not, would not, give up. With a lot of work and resilience, I came back each time, stronger than ever. It is that resilience I want to teach my clients. Mindset and resilience are my specialties. The client is the most important aspect to my job, they are looking for a change, and my coaching framework gets results. At the end of the dy, that is what they want and need from me.
My services are conducted remotely because I have clients all across the world. I do see business clients at their place of business when I am doing Organizational Development coaching. Otherwise, everything is via Zoom or telephone, whichever my client prefers. If a client wants to meet face to face, as long as it is logistically possible, I am happy to work with them that way.

Only a few weeks in this program did I already feel different, in a way “fuller”. Respect. Professionalism. Intelligence. Knowledgeable. Kind. Those are the first words that come to my mind when I think about Ashot. I found myself between two jobs and was going for a step up with the new one. I was with doubts regarding my next steps and was in a need to receive guidance and tools to be better equipped for this new role at a C-level. Ashot, thanks to his amazing listening ability, not only very quickly identified my needs, but went beyond when developing my coaching program. I enjoyed every minute of our interactions, practiced the exercises with enthusiasm and read the recommended literature with deep interest. I can only recommend Ashot to anyone who is interested to grow or simply BE.
