A chill place in hougang that houses many small business and eateries. It has 3 floors full of small spaces that small businesses set up shop here. It has very still air and is not air condition like heartland mall. It is a 15 minute walk from Kovan MRT and I will not likely visit this place again as it seems like the space is too small to enjoy dining in or to do any shopping. More...

Weird place. Not sure if I should even call it a shopping centre. Shops or eateries most are all inside small units with tinted windows so you can't tell if they're open or not. I'm new to pilates and this is the first place I signed up. The reformer class is capped at 5 students and that allows the instructor to give more attention to us. Studio is clean and equipment is safe and clean. Instructors are friendly. I particularly like Abby as she pays very detailed attention to the students and give individual advice on how to improve. Her instructions during lesson are clear too. The only downside is the venue is a little hard to find, but I guess the lower than market price make up for it. I will recommend this place. More...

A free from crowd tucked away mall with small shops covering all sort of services. Nail spa, shoe laundry and minor repair, music learning , music studio, dance, speech and drama learning, small ID offices , cat and dog saloons, gum & nuts shop (those that able to eat ya) , watch repair, bakeries, massage , florist, cycling equipment , fencing, art classes, wall climbing ( I don’t know what is it called) for kids, pizza ,coffee , tattoo , sandwiches , Korean food , hair saloon , tea . . most are to order directly or online for take aways except a few shops with small dine in space. Lazy Lizard will be the only restaurant that able to cater for big group of people ( western food , beer and wine) . Take a weekend for a jog at any of the 4 parks near this mall before making a stop for a break in the morning or even lunch. Ohhh no market ? Don’t worry , there is a morning wet market nearby for those early people. The Hainanese Village Market about 600 metres away from here. Basically once here everything will be just a short distance away, either walk or cycle or even buses , 1 or 2 stops … lol. Would say about 800 m radius distance.
