Started off with no knowledge and progress of how it was like to workout at the gym with a professional trainer, but with Ely she was able to understand my needs and planned out a workout routine that was really suitable for me! She is very motivating and constantly checks up on you to monitor your progress and do what is best for your health. As I'm a beginner in the gym so I’m more prefer on female trainers and it was great to meet Elysha. She is a very professional trainer and is very passionate about her work.
Ely was very patient in explaining the workout although she taught me many times.
She also will corrects me and give me some tips when my workout form is wrong. Most importantly, she always inspired me when I was about to give up. She also taught me how to use the machine while explaining the different types of exercises for my goals and always make sure I was pushing myself to the limit and not over the top.
Regarding my nutrition, Ely always encouraged me to eat better. I believed in the process, followed the training and nutrition plan, and achieved the goals I set. Plus, I'm so happy to see my body change a lot and now I become more confidence!

Hiring a personal trainer was probably one of the best investments that I've made so far. Specifically, ely.
Before engaging her, I was already working out in the gym for a year.
However, I did not have a fixed routine or program and was following whatever my friends did.
Meeting ely completed changed my view on my fitness journey. She taught me how to use the machines while explaining the different types of exercises that are geared towards my goals and have always made sure that I push myself to the limit, but not over the top.
I also want to thank her for always encouraging me to eat better. I trusted the process, followed the training + nutrition program, and have reached the goal that I've set out to hit.
