Muhsin show much dedication and commitment to the craft he passionately love. He is patience and his attentiveness
to one's fitness/physical goal is a strong plus point for someone who is considering him as his personal trainer. His clear and simple instructions/guidance helps better appreciation and understanding of the intend and objectives of the exercise. I started off with no expectations on how the sessions will turn out as it’s the first time I’m engaging a PT. However, I was taken by surprised! I used to be someone who never stepped into a gym because I found it too intimidating, but Natashya patiently guided me along and now I’m actually comfortable being in one. Natashya was detailed and patient with me through every step, constantly tweeking my schedules and meals to accommodate my crazy schedules, so that I won’t get a burn out maintaining my diet and fitness together with my life all at once. I’m really happy with how my body is looking now although my weight did not drop significantly, but hey, weight is just a number right! I am delighted to share my positive experience with my personal trainer and close friend, Natasyha and her partner, Muhsin. Their training style is incredibly simple and easy to understand, making it accessible for someone like me who started with little knowledge of proper techniques.

Despite being relatively new in the field, Natasyha exhibits a high level of professionalism. She approaches every session with dedication and a structured plan, ensuring that we make the most out of our time together. Muhsin also brings value expertise, and together they make a fantastic team.

One of the most remarkable qualities about Natasyha is her ability to motivate. As my friend, she has always been a source of encouragement, and it’s inspiring to see her apply the same dedication to her personal growth—both mentally and physically. Her journey is truly motivational, and it pushes me to strive for better.

Although my personal life and work have limited my ability to attend as many sessions as I’d like, the impact of her training is undeniable. I feel better and can see a difference in my body. She ensures that goals are met by the end of each session. For instance, I went from knowing nothing about proper squatting to confidently performing squats on my own, thanks to her patience and persistence in teaching and adjusting my form.
