Have engaged a 3 hour trial cleaning service. Helper(Roda) was very thorough in cleaning and if anything unclear she will double check with us. She was very punctual as well. Cleaning was done within the time frame and the house was well cleaned :) On the other hand, Belle who was helping to make arrangements for the cleaning service was very accommodating to schedule too. Both Phue Phue & Roda arrived punctually which I truly appreciated. With little guidance required, both are able to complete their job efficiently. They even gave better suggestions of using a ladder and 2 cloths (wet and dry) to achieve a better cleaning rather than their convenience of using the extended mop with wipes. For anyone who might be concerned about arranging a cleaning service for your elderly parents, Fred not as I myself was surprised that they even go to the extent to goggle translate to Chinese so in order to communicate with my folks. Lastly, Sabelle is very patient with my questions and also very accommodating with my last min change of timing. The unit was cleaner than when I moved in 😂 First I was impressed as they were very honest, very quick, a bit late on arrival (but now think it’s due to their attention to detail & thorough job). Boss is super, easy to converse with. Cleaning crew are good & they aren’t afraid to ask if they are not sure of something - this is a rare and good quality. My neighbor saw the cleaning process pre and post, immediately asked for One Heart’s contact 😂 Then next day Agent and owner came to view the unit & the owner commented to the agent “pls take the contact of the cleaning crew, they did a good job” 😆 Agent then told me, this is one of the best cleaning jobs done she has seen thus far. I’d highly recommend them. Book in advance. Be as clear as you can. Send them photos of the unit and items so they can prepare necessary equipment ahead of time & def have some time to air/dry out the items that require steam cleaning etc after they go - they will tell u what to air and how long for for best results to avoid dampness & water damage. Friendly and fast response customer service. No hard selling throughout entire inquiry. Confirmation of booking is fast, the night before for early morning slot. Much appreciated. Gentlemen arrived early and get to work. Fast and efficient. The only only unexpected outcome was the aftermath of cleaning after they left. Would advise to engage professional cleaner as well to wipe down after sanitising. I literally mopped the floor 10 times and hard surface about 3-4 times until both hands went numb.
