To parents/families who are seeking Meide services: avoid our mistake and seek help elsewhere. You are required to pay a $198 non refundable fee, but the agency will quote you a price significantly below what the real rates are for babysitting and helpers. We received a quote that seemed reasonable, and paid the fee only to be told that the rate was double. The agency is refusing to refund, and has cut off communication with us. Their 5 star reviews mainly come from their staff, but notice that the reviews from families are generally negative. The reasons for the negative reviews are: 1. Extremely pushy and deceptive sales staff 2. Unfair sales practices to entice you to pay a nonrefundable fee. 3. I did not experience this directly, but we noticed that the helpers they find can be hit or miss, which is risky for a family with a newborn or infant. Sometimes you get a bad gut feeling about a place, and unfortunately we tried to suppress that when we interacted with Meide. We should have listened to our gut. Advice to parents: proceed with caution and demand that the agency waive your fee before you engage with them. All other agencies charge a % after placement, in our experience only Meide uses the unscrupulous practice of charging beforehand and misleading on price. More...

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would!!! I asked for a different cleaner because she was inexperienced and they told me they would of course change, so, trusting them, I processed payment. Then, the same cleaner showed up. I tried to message them and call and no response. And no surprise, to add insult to injury the cleaner made a hole in my wall!!! I am so worried I have to pay for security deposit now for damages as we are renting. I have called and messaged them relentlessly with no response. More...

I guess had your cleaner, Miss Shoun, who came to my house for only 3 things, Ironing clothes, Mopping floor and cleaning of stand fans. The result = dusty floors, cleaned but unfixed fans and so called ironed crumpled clothes with not properly hanged pants. What kind of service are you providing!!! When my wife asked your helper, she confirmed that no training was provided to her, only a 3 day external course. Can you see how sloppy your company's work is???
