How long have you been in business?
13 years in Singapore. We started off with office cleaning and gradually move into institutions and factories. Specialized cleaning was added on as we see that there is a need to provide options for our clients to choose from. We have our ups and downs during this time with Covid hitting us the hardest where our clients could not operate and we were down on our business. Some of our crews were infected with Covid as well and we just could not see them like before when we do our site visits.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we do. Depending on our client's needs, basic cleaning tools will be sent and stored onsite for usage. Toiletries are replenish bi monthly or on ad-hoc basis with our crews calling in without having our clients to worry about it. We are also moving towards products that utilizes enzyme cleaning which is more effective and sustainable to our environment. We see that there is a growing number of peers in UK and US using active enzymes and we are using it for selective sites and area as a trial run. We will collect feedbacks from our customers before introducing it to a wider audience.
What do you love most about your job?
Satisfaction from great customer feedbacks. That is what keeps us going forward and there are rewards to that as well. We get referrals business through our clients. Most of all, our clients are kept healthy at work and they go home safely. The bottom-line is as all business owners being able to provide for our crews a decent honest job. I am also proud to say that our staffs are 100% Singaporean and PRs. We hope to stay this way for as long as we could.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was from manufacturing for over 17 years in China for foreign owned businesses, managing multiple sites. The first thing i learnt on the shopfloor is EHS and one of the fundamental in working towards an accident free workplace starts from 5S. Till today it has become my living principal that cleanliness not only improves staff motivation but instill a sense of pride in their workplace. Business wise, it is ever ready for audits and customer visits. Sometimes even a surprise visit from your boss coming in from HQ. Hence it is a natural migration that i ventured into cleaning as it allows me to keep abreast with safety and providing 5S to my clients. Ensuring business success with a safe and motivated workforce who take pride in coming to their workplace.

With practical hands on experience in industrial 5S in my working experience coupled with over 13 years of serving clients from offices, institutions and factories, we know we can deliver. We make sure we remain affordable and thoroughly seek to understand our clients needs and expectation. What is good to have and must have.

No. At the moment our site is under revamp. Once its up, we can provide fields for enquiries as well as have an overview on our services as well as customer's reviews.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our crews are vaccinated and undertake safety protocols like mask wearing and temperature taking on a daily basis. They would have to send them back to us for recording.
Contract Cleaning
We provide standard scope of work for offices like workstations and low level fixtures wipe down, high touch points cleaning and disinfection, carpet vacuuming, hard floor sweeping and mopping, toilet maintenance and sanitizing, replenishment of toiletries.
Upholstery Cleaning
As part of our integrated and specialized cleaning, we dry vacuum and do wet extractions and finish it of with natural disinfecting spray to office swivel chairs, sofas and arm chairs as well as steam cleaning for some rooms with curtains.
Deep Cleaning
Scope of work includes carpet washing, hardfloor scrubbing, thorough toilet scrubbing and disinfection, celling sides and corner dusting, cabinets and shelves wipe down, window and glass cleaning as well as 30 days antimicrobial coating. This is part of the integrated or one off service we provide four our clients.
Probiotic Cleaning
We utilize active cleaning that stays active for a few days. It reduces dust settlement thus making cleaning more effective and sustainable. It can be integrated or as a one off service.
Carpet Washing
We provide dry vacuuming, agitation and deep extraction to office carpets follow up antimicrobial coating. Eliminates odour and deeply embedded grime in your carpet.
Anti Viral Preventive Disinfection
Unlike normal sanitizing products which relies solely on alcohol, we provide 30 days anti microbial shielding which is effective 24/7 for 30 days.
