The hummingbird is a symbol of the lightness of being and resiliency. The idea that something so small yet capable of the most amazing feats is what Hummingbird Consultancy hopes to bestow on its clients.

The company was established with the goal of inspiring people to grow in their capacity for adaptability and resilience while also maintaining a light-hearted and upbeat attitude toward life.

By collaborating with them, the coaches and counsellors at Hummingbird want to help clients learn how to be more open to love and lightness in their emotional lives and to be inspired to open their hearts and be exposed to life's possibilities.

The team is made up of individuals who not only have a passion for executive coaching, professional counselling, psychotherapy, and consultation services but also extensive corporate backgrounds that have given them the ability to support and care for their clients to the highest standard.

Each team member is carefully selected to ensure the best possible care. Our coaching team all have a recognized degree with more than 15+ years of corporate and leadership experience and are all accredited members of the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, our counselling team all have, at the minimum, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or Psychotherapy.

As advocates of continuous learning and adaptation for their clients, the team is also constantly updated on the latest developments and trends in their fields. At the same time, they are invested and encouraged to continue their professional growth while also maintaining a minimum number of Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours each year.

What sets Hummingbird Consultancy apart from others is that we not only want to provide a more contemporary look with a focus on nature-specific positivity but also customize our solutions according to the needs of their clients. We believe in a more client-centred approach that is non-directive, allowing clients to actively take the reins during each session while their coaches, therapists, and counsellors act more like guides or sources of support.
