Coach JM is one of the best fitness coaches I have ever come across.
His philosophy 80% diet and 20% exercise is well tried and tested method.
It worked extremely well with me, where I was able to reduce 7 kilos in 2 month. His physical exercise focuses on developing core and overall body strength that helped me to continue his prescribed regime for 2 consecutive months without any burden.

I have been an athlete since young and has always been passionate about exercising. I picked up nutrition knowledge along the way and is very inspired by several mentors to help bring value to the market by educating the power of 80% Nutrition and 20% Exercise.
