We were hesitating for a long time before we decided to have our kitchen, bedrooms and living room renovated. We had some harrowing experiences behind us with regard to renovations, thus our hesitation. Still, we decided to get some quotes from three different companies and see who would give us the confidence to go ahead. We googled some names, picked out three and let each give us a plan and a quote. Number one and two quickly gave us very uncertain feelings. It seemed that most of the initial work was up to us and without any further information they presented us with a price. No specifics were given. The third guy we asked to come out was Jack, from “Goat Creative”. After the first conversation, he left us with a positive feeling. It was probably due to his quiet confidence and the extensive information he gave us without any pressure to make a decision, that prompted us to phone him again. Well, to make a long story shorter, the work was done in a professional manner, we knew exactly the cost of each phase of the project and the final results were steeped in perfection. Yes for initial communication only. However, when the works are about to start, we will require face to face meeting sessions for choosing of materials and running through the details of the works before we kick-off.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Although this is the new norm, but we will take extra care if any of our workers are not feeling well, they will not report to work.
