I've had a series of counselling and career guidance coaching sessions with Chloe at a point of time where I was struggling with imposter syndrome, a lot of personal insecurity, and confusion over my future work posts. Chloe had intervened at a crucial time, foremost providing me with confidence and the frameworks to think about my performance. She shared more on how to track my work, assess my own strengths and weaknesses and acomfortable approach to seeking feedback from supervisors to improve myself.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in various corporate environments (ranging from private to government sectors), I have grown to love the coaching conversations with both my team and the employees who sought coaching support for their career development. I started my own business to devote more time to support others in their development journey.

Yes, and in fact, that would be preferred as it would provide more flexibility to most clients as that takes away travelling time and other constraints that may have made a physical meeting impossible.

I have been trained to coach clients over virtual platforms and this has allowed me to continue to support my clients, regardless where they are throughout the pandemic.
