What’s your signature dish?
The Mess is a crowd favourite, which makes an appearance on occasion. Our Mac n Cheese is famous and raved out at every function we've ever been a part of (seriously!)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer a range of menu options to suits budgets, dietary requirements and work with each client to make their experience unforgettable. We will go to great lengths to please them if they have any special requests.
What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing sexier than taking a brisket from the smoker and watching it wobble! Smoking meats takes patience, love and care. We love being able to master the challenging art every single time and treating our clients with the same respect.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For the love of meat. The biggest inspiration is doing something we love each and every day!
