After we understand what the project is about we begin by creating a brief and mapping a simple flow chart. We then start drafting a concept to break down the complexity of the project into manageable steps, constantly checking in with our customers to make sure we are on the right path. Then we go about transforming our ideas into a working product.

We will need to create a brief together. If a logo is not provided, the design and development of one are important so that we can define the theme of the project. Essentially, only a few words a necessary to start a project, we just need to be on the same wavelength and communicate what each other's needs are.

We love many aspects of our job:

Our main focus was to help others by using our skills. We did that by working with people with strong ethics and values. Running our own business gives us the opportunity of choosing who we want to work with, we wouldn't work with people who go against our life values. This gives us the option of working from home so that we can be with our family.

- down-to-earth transparency: you will get what you see with us! Being open and clear from the beginning is one of our musts, we keep log books detailing all our work and disclose them regularly;

- on time: being on time is part of how we operate, if we say we will do something by a certain time we will do our damnedest to complete it. But once again if circumstances do not allow for us to deliver we will honestly explain this prior to the deadline.

Yes, we can work from anywhere in the world. Our clients are located in different parts of New Zealand and Italy. Zoom and other technologies give us the opportunity of working online, remotely, and live. We can set up zoom calls or if you live close to our studio, we can set up a face-to-face appointment to discuss your project.
