What inspired you to start your own business?
My background which includes 17 years working in the UK, and the range of businesses I have worked in, suggested his would be a natural next step.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we as a business treat clients as partners. We are brought on to challenge their thinking, to challenge the way they do business, and provide an extensive knowledge base to be tapped into for a fraction of the cost of a full-time resource. We also bring large and medium corporate experience to smaller and medium sized businesses at an affordable rate.

Due to Covid, we have adapted out operating model to be able to provide a first class service online should we need to or where the client prefers it. We still like to see the business operating (at the coalface so to speak) as it sometime tells a different story to that otherwise told, and that helps with the advice we give about the way forward.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The provision of our services online is first and foremost, but our focus too is all about how best to manage disruptive influences on a client's business and marketplace. How best to adapt to those influences and how that all looks from a cashflow and profitability perspective. We want businesses to focus in a more structured way on the risks impacting their business, what they are, how influential they could be and how to manage or mitigate them.

We assist businesses define or review their strategic and operational plans, particularly in times where market conditions constantly change and where the business and its market are challenged with disruptive factors and events.
Cashflow Management & Forecasting
We help provide better transparency to owners and managers around cashflow and a business's cash position. We provide them with tools and best practice processes that highlight their cashflow sensitivities and options available to mitigate cash related risks.

We provide workshops and ongoing support to businesses who do not have a formalised or structured approach to managing all aspects of business risk.
