We will help prepare your rental property schedule required by IRD.

We can be your payroll administrator, process your payslips for every pay run, file your PAYE, maintenance your staffs' annual leave, sick leave, holiday pay etc.

This will be a tailer made report/budget for your internal management or for the broker.

Xero/MYOB training either online or in-person, make sure you can confidently handle it after our training. Only $120+GST/hr will be charged for training. Usually, within 2 hours you can master all the functions.
