I was working for a large accounting firm and felt that the smaller clients weren’t getting the service they deserved.

We can easily provide our services remotely and the first step would be a zoom meeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have set up individual secure client portals to send and receive documentation, making it much easier for clients and us. In addition to this we ‘meet’ clients via zoom. If face to face meetings are required and allowed (under the various alert levels), we have all the necessary precautions in place to keep our clients and ourselves safe.
