PT in the park is free to all

Come along, 9am every Saturday morning.
If its your first time, please aim to come along early and introduce yourself to us.

With support of local trainers, coaches and fitness industry students, we’ll provide a range of options to challenge you, at a level appropriate for you.

Anyone can do this and PT in the park is about getting you moving, having fun and enjoy exercise.
