We generally require access to property to perform services. Keys can be left in a lock box onsite, or picked up nearby, and they will be returned as found.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are conscious of COVID-19 and its potential consequences, and therefore we follow official guidelines. Our client-facing staff are double-vaccinated and undertake steps to reduce contact with clients and their property where possible. If you have any concerns feel free to chat.
Property Photography
This includes travel, interior and exterior images, top-down aerial shot of the property, and surrounding area (if applicable), editing, and high-quality web-friendly images.
3D Virtual Tour
A 3D Virtual Tour gives tenants and buyers the time to look through the property at their own pace and visit areas of most interest.
Property Floor Plans
A Property Floor Plan shows buyers and tenants the property dimensions, which is helpful to inform whether it meets their needs.
Videography
While it is customary to use photographs to market real estate, there is an increasing demand for videography.
Drone Images
Aerial photography and video using a drone are great ways to make a listing stand out. Our standard property photography price includes a top-down view of the property and surrounding area. More extensive drone images can be done at a further cost.
Virtual Staging
It is a cost-effective way to add furniture to a vacant property and showcase it online to get more interest from viewers.
