Kirsten Smart photography

Was very disappointed with the quality of the photos we received from our first shoot, Kirsten offered to make it up with a second shoot, which then would have taken 4 weeks to reschedule. The photos all had bra straps in them, pictures of us mid sentences and overal were very unbalanced. We were not given any direction to stop talking and she never told me my bra was showing. Not at all what her portfolio advertised.
There was no communication over the month we waited for a reshoot and no indication that the photos from the reshoot would be any better. And we therefore made the decosion to cancel it. Very disapointed and we were denied a partial refund. We understand she took time to edit the first photographs and did not ask for a full refund, but to spend $550 dollars and get two usable photos (which were not to the quality of her portfolio, bra straps were clear in veiw) was heartbreaking. Kirsten is amazing AMAZING! We had a family shoot (including two crazy dogs) with Kirsten at the beach and we are so thrilled with the results. She was patient, creative, even willing to get wet in the waves to help get the perfect shots. We would absolutely recommend Kirsten to anyone! More...

Kirsten was so kind and patient. It can be a bit nerve wreaking taking your pēpē out especially at this time, but Kirsten was very respectful and calm (especially when baby was crying) I had a couple of special items I wanted included and the photos turned out so beautiful! Definitely recommend!!

Kirsten is lovely, friendly, and outstanding person. We are blessed to have her photograph us not once but twice. My husband can be little bit shy in front of camera but Kirsten makes it so fun that he is always happy in front of the camera. She makes you feel really comfortable and time flies quickly while she takes the photos. Thank you so....much Kirsten for capturing our most important moments of life, recently our maternity photo shoot too and we are in love with all our photos.
