OMG what deliciousness I’ve just experienced, a beef yorkie...rare beef, caramelised onions and rocket blanketed with a yorkisher pud style wrap and served with a horseradish cream! Yum yum yum, thought it was gonna to be quite a lot, but it was light and just enough, very satisfying. The Kombucha was recommended by the very helpful Honza.
