Lucas completed a metal roofing re-roof of our shared double garage at one of our Townhouse rental properties in East Auckland in December 2020. He did a wonderful job. He started right on time and completed it exactly when he said he would. The job looks very professional and there are no leaks so we are very happy with it. Our neighbor, who owns the other half of the garage, was also very happy with the quality of the works. The cost was also very good value. Lucas painted the exterior of our wooden villa (circa 1920). He did an excellent job and was meticulous with detail on the window frames and French doors. He provided his own equipment and always cleared the space and cleaned up after himself at the end of the day. Lucas presents himself well and is very pleasant to have in and around the house.
