Guees this feedback can help improve the service, 'cause this team is really not bad. I had a disaster kitchen surface. With my adorable 24/7 on arms baby I gave up to do it myself and called these cleaners to do this work. Lee popped in my house, looked it through and set the price for the scope of work which we've discussed. She said they would clean the house properly for 80$. I agreed. Firstly, Lee and her team seem to be pleasant ladies. It is comfortable to talk to them and they look friendly. They managed to do some cleaning (Kitchen surface, bathroom sinks, vacuuming, garbage bins). But I was upset to see they had left the house and didn't clean a mirrow, windowsill, the lonely web on the ceiling and part of the floor in the kitchen. The long story short I would still give them the second chance. What to take into account if you decide to use their service: - they can be late to the time you've discussed, so you need to call them to double check the time they are coming; - they stay 1,5 hours instead of two. (which is not a problem unless they don't finish their work but take the full fee); - you need to discuss what you are expecting from cleaning properly; - you'd better pay after you check the work done and feel satisfied.
