Fiona turns craniosacral therapy into an art. Her ability, clearly supported by academic knowledge and formal education, goes far beyond that, carried by a finely-tuned sensitive fingers and a deeply caring soul, holding you, establishing a communication with subtle aspects of your physical, emotional and energetic body. She’s really present while her hands listen and with delicate movements, releases tension, unties knots or brings imbalances back to harmony. The results of this soothing and non-invasive practice can unravel for days and it can manifest in very physical ways or not so much and are surprisingly effective to get where other methods can’t. I haven’t met many people as skilled as Fiona to get such results with such grace. In my personal experience, curiosity and openness in both ends enhanced the whole experience making it even more restful, pleasant and healing. Fiona’s gift is comparable to that of a talented musician who can extract the best notes out of any instrument with or without a musical score and no matter the state of the instrument… I will definitely come back and I strongly recommend it to everyone as we all have a song to release and can benefit from being tuned in.
