Recommending tracking and monitoring suspected cheating wife,Smartphone can be really beguiling. There are so many apps and what not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse’s device. This has always been a huge limitation for me as I’ve always wanted to see everything in my spouse’s device without getting hold of her phone or her finding out. It has to be customer focused but the key thing is that the website is focused on getting the customer as quickly as possible to what you want them to do. That could be a purchase, completion of a contact form, a telephone call, or the goal may simply be engagement, but it is key that whatever the goals of the website, they are tracked so that performance can be assessed. ROI is at the heart of everything that Digital Hothouse does so we ensure that correct tracking is in place before we do anything else.

Interacting with clients. It is the day to day working with our clients that I enjoy the most. On top of that, seeing our clients succeed and the work that we do show in an upturn of both traffic and revenue is by far and away the best part of my job.

I also enjoy working with our team - we are all experts in our own different fields, be it Technical SEO, Content Creation, Social Media, Google Ads, Web Design and Development so it's great to see everyone have an impact upon our clients.

I just thought it could be done better. My previous employer had constant client churn because they focused on their own bottom line and then once the yearly contracts with the clients expired, they needed to chase the next contract.

We don't push on contracts - our clients are our clients because they want to be, because we get them good results, not because they once signed a contract that forces them to continue to pay, regardless of the results. I was Head of SEO of one of the country's leading SEO Agencies, so I knew that I could take that expertise to other clients for Digital Hothouse. Pretty much all of our business comes through referrals, and we have very little client churn, so we must be doing something right!

As discussed, we don't have contracts so any work that we do must be done to ensure that the client gets a return. This forces us to be more proactive than many other agencies, who only really work hard when the contract is up for renewal.

We have clients with an ROI of over 130 times what they pay us - we do great work, and we do it much cheaper than the price of a comparative big agency based in Auckland or Wellington. We focus solely on ROI, that's what keeps our clients busy, and that's what keeps our clients as clients.

Very much so. Especially in these Covid times, we spend a lot of our time on Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. We have a number of clients that we have never even met, and some that we have only met through Zoom.

Remote working and using software such as Teams, Zoom and Meet allows us to continue to provide services to clients, even during a lockdown. Our staff all work on laptops and can work remotely. None of our clients have suffered because of this, because we don't need to drive, we have actually been more productive for some of our clients!
