Wouldn't complain on the night as I didn't want to ruin my Brothers birthday celebration on the weekend. Had the $98 Wagyu rump which was served cold and overcooked, it was incredibly chewy, it was worse than rump steak from the supermarket. Having never had Wagyu before, I was expecting a melt-in the-mouth experience. I think it was left to keep cooking on the pass whilst the larger ribeye steaks were being cooked for our table. First and foremost make sure your staff are trained in all aspects of their jobs. When you have to complain about the way a complaint was dealt with and still no resolution then you know this is not a first class establishment. Waited 2hrs for a cold meal - Bloody Mary’s used to be great - it’s now overpriced and not good... have now had 3 bad experiences there. Was given a $7 refund on a $180 meal bill for 2 cold meals - when the meals arrived we had no cutlery - a drink order took 20mins to arrive....the list could go on More...
