What do you love most about your job?
My passion is building successful, profitable businesses and assisting people in realising their full potential.
When I start working with a Business Owner who is struggling or a Business Owner who has taken their business as far as they can on their own, I understand what the Business Owner is feeling.
As we work together on the business and positive changes start happening, I enjoy the excitement as the business cash flow increases, profits increase, and the Owner's confidence increases along with the joy of being in business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent many years as a senior manager in large businesses and understood the pressures and frustrations of corporate life. I have always believed in the power of realising our full potential, and developing people is something that really inspires me.
21 years ago, an opportunity arose and I made the decision to go into business myself.
The past 21 years has been an exciting journey. I have started or purchased 7 businesses (including my Coaching business), plus I have had the privilege of working with many incredible Business Owners and Thought Leaders, both in New Zealand and around the world.
