I am really enjoying my sessions as I feel safe and like I have the ability to talk freely about what I want to talk about and if I don't want to talk about something that is okay too. I feel EMDR is an excellent tool as it enables me to go deeper into my past and memories and feel emotions and deep-seated memories that I thought I had forgotten but overall must still affect me.

I am a Licenced counselor and Wellness coach who has over 5 years of experience working in the health sector. I facilitate and guide my clients through the process of change by providing them with the knowledge they need to become the best version of themselves. I believe in value-based service providing individual and self-paced online therapy; for those experiencing depression, anxiety (including social anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic attacks), burnout, stress, emotional distress, trauma, and psychotic disorders using acceptance and commitment therapy and CBT.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
Scientific research has established EMDR as effective for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Clinicians have also successfully used EMDR as a treatment component in the management of:

Depression
Anxiety
Panic attacks
Personality disorders
Complicated grief
Dissociative disorders
Pain disorders
Body dysmorphic disorders
Eating disorders
Sexual or Physical abuse
Performance anxiety
Stress reduction
Disturbing memories
Phobias
I am trained EMDR therapist registered with EMDR Australia . I will discuss your specific difficulties and the goals you want to achieve. Therapy often involves hard work during and between sessions. I won’t tell you what to do, but will help you decide what difficulties you want to work on that will help improve your situation. I will also help you take the skills you have learnt in session and apply them in your daily life.

Sessions can be booked weekly, fortnightly, monthly or whatever suits your requirements. The number of sessions you will need depends on the difficulty you need help with.
