Planning, that is when we lay the ground work.
Execution, working towards our goal. Lots of adjustment, sometimes only see very little result. We will be working through some challenging times. When we can see some lights in the end of the tunnel, and we still keep paddling.
Achieving, we reach the goal, and we celebrate.

Because I want the best for them. I manage limited number of client yearly in order to make sure I able to serve each and everyone of them properly. They can call me anytime, or whichever communication channel they chosen. My door is always open.

Yes, I have quite a few client in different part of New Zealand and overseas. We communicate via various platforms to communicate, i.e. Zoom, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Team meeting, etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Keeping up with the changes. Increase and encourage open communication with my client during this period, make necessary changes when need be. Encourage client to call me as sounding board even with non-financial related subjects. All of my client manage to go through this period safely and have minimum effect on their business.
