I love transforming peoples ideas into reality. It is a very satisfying when a client says "that is exactly what I want"
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like working for myself and a local draughtsman encouraged me to train. I enjoy the challenge of delivering a great service to customers for a reasonable fee.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a lot of practical building experience which means I am always trying to match the clients expectations with designs that a builder will enjoy building. The result helps keep costs down and builds schedule.

I can provide services on-line. But, I always require at least one site visit because I am responsible for the accuracy of the information I include in my submissions to Council.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
None, I think it is over-rated. I have had covid twice and the effects were less than the flu.
Shallow ground testing to NZS 3604: 2011 Standards
If there is no council requirement for an engineer report on a site I can provide shallow soil testing services which I normally include in my price for drawings. This service is necessary for decks, retaining walls, house extensions.
Resource Consent applications
Resource Consent applications are needed for any non-compliances with the District Plan such as going over site coverage.
All subdivisions require a resource consent. I can do 3D rendering of concept drawings which are very important in urban design applications.
