A Masterclass in Scams and Disappointment
My experience with Wacademy.io has been an absolute nightmare, characterized by a relentless and invasive sales process followed by a complete and utter failure to deliver a functional product. This company's approach to business is not only unprofessional but borderline deceitful.

Right from the start, the aggressive sales tactics were a red flag. The salesperson bombarded me with calls, emails, and unwarranted WhatsApp messages, pushing their services with a desperation that was both suffocating and suspicious.

I should have known better, but I bought their story that they`re helping students learn. Once they secured my business, the flood of communication dried up to a mere trickle of useless, automated emails. These were not only impersonal but blatantly ignored my specific requests, instead shoving irrelevant upsells in my face. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not on their agenda, and the lack of direct and meaningful communication only cemented my impression of their incompetence.

The delivered product – if it can even be called that – was an insult. Calling the website 'half-baked' would be a compliment; it was unusable, not mobile-friendly, and a mockery of the detailed requirements I initially provided. The audacity to claim that my requirements were implemented when the site was missing basic functionalities is beyond infuriating. It's as if they threw together a pile of garbage, slapped a label on it, and expected me to be grateful.

Perhaps the most egregious act was their decision to publish this abomination of a website on my domain without my consent. This move was not only unprofessional but showed a flagrant disregard for privacy and proper business conduct.

In summary, engaging with Wacademy.io was a colossal mistake. Their service is a disgrace, their product is a joke, and their business ethics are nonexistent. Don't use this service.
I'm still a costumer, unfortunately. I wanted my money refunded as I always had to wait for replies and they haven't even started my website yet (it's been three months). First my project manager dosen't answer, then apparently my developer. All in all I waited two months, always needing to run after them for just a simple answer. It seems like the costumers are really not important to them.
Even worse, after contacting the refund department, again waiting for two weeks, I get the answer they don't want to refund even tho I clearly said how unsatisfied I am and showed proof how they did not delivery what was promised, especially not in time. Now again, two weeks, still no answer from the refund team. Even after multiple attempts to reach out. It's so frustrating as it hinders my business, still not having a website after three months. Don't use this service. You'll regret it and will wait for answers all life long.
If Wacadamy reads this, just refund my money and let's never cross ways again. You really had a bad impact on my business which I'm trying to build right now. More...

Just like everyone else says...this is a scam!! Over 3 months and I still don't have a functional website. Project manager Aramis Figueroa did nothing to manage the project and communication is non-existant. What are they teaching there when they can't even make a website that works? More...

I've dealt with both Edis and David. They both have great communication skills, they are professional and they are always willing to take it step further to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service.
