Fabulous service! Had a slight delay with our appointment, but not a problem. Dr Fard was lovely, understanding and took the time to listen. Prescription was arranged and ready to collect from our local pharmacy within half an hour. Aislinn from Customer Care kept us informed of the delay and helped out with a prescription query. It’s an ideal service for us, cant fault it. Wouldn’t hesitate to use VideoDoc again. Highly recommended. More...

Today was my first time using VideoDoc. I was very impressed with the service and how quick I got to speak with a Doctor. My consultation with the doctor was fantastic . She was really compassionate and helpful. She even rang me back to say how she was thinking about something I said on our call so she recommended adding another item to my prescription that might help me. I was so happy she called back and it felt like she really cared. My prescription was ready at my local pharmacy in less than an hour. App was a little dodgy the day I used it , but the doctor herself was wonderful. Gave great advice and sent my prescription through within the hour.
