I recently used Turnkey Planning to design and obtain planning permission for an attic conversion. They did a great job, we are very pleased with the design, everything was done very promptly and they took care of everything with the council, they also helped get us a contractor.I would certaintly recommend them

My experiences have been nothing only very positive with Ian and Turnkey Planning. Myself and my husband received our planning permission recently thanks to Ian and his wonderful design. The whole process went extremely smoothly and the engineer he brought on to do the percolation test was also first class. Everything we wanted out of our new home he took on board and really did deliver exactly what we were looking for and much more. They also costed our project out for us, helped us find a great contractor and supervised our build.
