Review We badly wanted and needed a full bathroom refurbishment as my main bathroom was tatty, outdated and didn't work for our families needs. We didn't know where to start. Wes at tiles to home was recommended to us, so I called him up and arranged for him to come see what he could do with it. Wes listened to what our vision was for the bathroom and gave us ideas of what we could do and couldn't do. He came back promptly with a design that blew us away and from there we worked together with Wes picking out tiles and ware that suited my very expensive taste and very tight budget. Wes is very fair on quality and price. Once we were happy with our choice of tiles etc we could really start visualising the finished product and knew we were going to get a very high end bathroom for our budget. Wes put us in touch with the relevant tradesman to fit the bathroom and to say they did an exceptionally good job is an understatement. Mark, Dave and Adam are topclass at their given skills, the bathroom was finished to a very high standard. Furthermore, they were very respectful whilst working in our home and were meticulous with making sure they cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting any work done to their bathroom, big or small, to go to Wes at tiles to home as he really does take all the hard work out of it!!!!! As a cork based company our Interior design service often requires the expertise of other sorts ..When in need of tile inspiration I leave it up to one of the best ! Wesley Shaw, has on several occasions come up with wonderful designs for me and colaborated with us also on commercial design projects. I would use no other! Thank you so much to Wes for his inspiration. My bathroom is tiny as you can see, I wasn’t convinced it could hold everything I needed until he did up the design . I did something I have never done and gave him carte blanche. From having a quick glance around my period home he chose all the tiles, trims, everything. If I had chosen it would have looked nothing like it does now. He used gentle persuasion and his expertise to push me in the right direction and well, look at the results!!! I didn't buy a thing, as I just nipped in today with my dog Buzz for an ole sconce...was greeted by one of the loveliest store owners I've ever come across. ..Wesley Shaw...bares no relation to me whatsoever but just wanted to give him an ole shout out...his show room is absolutely stunning and is filled with interesting bits and pieces too... I suppose I could go home and hack my tiles down just to get to chat with him again ...he's kinda cute...just saying like :) and also 25 years younger - flip sake !! More...
