I strongly advise against this place. It has been a complete scam from the beginning, and I would never recommend it to anyone, even if they paid me.
Despite their initial kindness, they have been untruthful in their attempts to resolve a problem that they caused.

I have exhausted all options, including small claims procedures, and have yet to receive a response.
I will inform my family, friends, and their acquaintances not to purchase anything from this store and to spread the word about their poor service.
