On a miserable, wet and windy evening we popped down to Valerie and her dinky little citroen food truck. She was busy preparing orders for hungry customers, Nonetheless she scribbled down my order, gave me a smile and told me to call back in a good 10 minutes . 3 pizza’s, all hand made, prepared by herself on site with limited space to work with. When we got home, the aroma was mouth watering! There was complete silence for the duration of the meal. No messing around, the best pizza that’s passed my lips. Fantastic value, decent size, exceptional taste, friendly service and all from scratch. I’ll will be back. My only one bummer was that I didn’t grab a seat at the back of Bridge St. and pair my pizza with a cool pint of beer. Keep up the good work More...

I've changed my meeting schedule for Cedar House meetings to happen on Thursdays so that I can get Valerie's fantastic pizzas - and they are awesome. I think my favourite so far is the goat's cheese pizza, but I'd recommend working your way through the menu as they are all super.
