We went with Supervalue carpets about a month ago. I have to say from the first day I walked into the showroom I was greeted with very pleasant staff who weren't pushy but very helpful. The experience was very easy from start to finish. The fitters came on time and the carpets were laid down very well. We went for a trim along each side of the carpet going up the stairs and I have to stay for the few bob extra it cost it was well worth all the compliments we are getting so far. We just got our carpet fitted on Friday and want to leave a review to say how happy we are with it. I was so glad we came across the company when it was recommended to us by a friend. We re-carpeted our stairs, landing and attic stairs (with a runner on the steps) and all work was carried out in a day which I was delighted with as other carpet suppliers told us it would take two days to install. They have a huge selection of carpets and the quote I got was significantly less expensive than other places for the exact same carpet specification. The carpet fitter did such a brilliant job and was so nice too! I would absolutely recommend Super Value Carpets for their attention to detail, professionalism and excellent customer service. More...
