James and his crew repaired a hole in our roofing felt and installed eaves protectors. I got quotes from two or three different roofers and James was very competitive in pricing. James also did exactly what he said, followed up on all my queries, and delivered a high level of service. His crew were friendly, efficient, and left no mess behind. I highly recommend James for any roofing work.I also noticed the low ratings and negative reviews. Initially this made me hesitate to go with James.
