My whole experience with Sigmar and with Ciara Darcy in Galway have been nothing less then positive and supportive. Ciara accommodated my tight working schedule by staying late at work and allowing me to have first preference of interview times. When I first met Ciara I was quite nervous. However she was so friendly and warm I was put ease right away. Ciara clearly explained the position I applied for filling me in on the details of the role including job spec and company details. It was great to find out that I had already secured an interview for the role so this meeting will act as my pre-interview. Ciara and I talked through my CV, and she stopped me at various points to offer advice on ways to rebrand what I am saying so its heard in the best possible way. For me the advice she offered here was absolutely invaluable and something that I will use again and again for future roles. What I really liked about Ciara , that while she maintained her professional role she was also very open to share her own experiences in previous jobs and interviews in the hope that I could gain something from it too. Ciara also gave specific pointers and tips for the role with Cushman and Wakefield that helped a lot. I left that meeting with feeling very confident that I had a really good chance of getting this job. And the support didn’t stop there! I received a lovely email of encouragement from Ciara on the morning of the interview and of course a follow up email to see how it all went. I was delighted when I received a phone call from her and was offered the position. From that point on until I started my new position two weeks later Ciara was always available to answer any queries I had and would often drop an email or pick up the phone to check in. I found Ciara so easy to deal with, she was very approachable and genuine. Ciara is excellent at her job and have never had a nicer experience with a recruitment agency. I would recommend her services to anyone and can honestly say that I feel I would not be in my role today if it wasn’t for her. More...

I dealt with Maria Murphy. honestly I cannot reccomend this girl enough!! she contacted me on the Tuesday, had my CV by Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon had me set to have an interview the Tuesday and Thursday morning with two companies. she was always available when I needed and even when I didn't she was constantly checking in seeing how I was getting on before and after interviews she was a constant support and thanks to her I am starting my new job in a months time! from start to finish she was there for any questions or queries and just for that little extra bit of confidence you need to be given before an interview!! I honestly really enjoyed my time working for sigmar they are really professional and very helpfull. I was talking to my recruiter like he was a close friend and he never sent me to a job that wasn't well run by a reputable company. The staff in the office are on the ball and wages were never late and when i left all holiday pay and my p45 were sorted with my final payment and i was wished well and made to feel welcome back anytime,it will be my first call when im looking for work again.If you wanna work with honest professional nice people you wont be dissapointed by this company. Applied for a job on indeed. Within 15 minutes Alan Murphy from sigmar had contacted me, and from there on he was emailing me or ringing me until the job was mine. He even did a mock Skype interview with me as that's how my new employers wanted to interview me. He gave me the info I need to go into the interview confidently and I have to say really helped. Really don't have much to say as I've only been here a short time. Very supportive, lots of on the job training. Great opportunities to learn at the NFR or with social talent. General sense that that company is expanding which is nice. Everyone is so welcoming. People go out for drinks quite often which is grand if you want to have the craic outside of work. Management gave pretty clear expectations on what they wanted to see performance-wise.Pros Supportive culture and great resources.Cons The CRM is a bit tricky to get used to. More...

I am writing this to highly recommend Sigmar Recruitment for employment career placement. I dealt with Consultants, Robert Melia and Elaine Murray in the Dublin Office and with their help, they advocated and facilitated a career role for me within a short space of time. Believe me, not an easy task, as I have changed careers, have multiple skill-sets and educational qualifications - yet securing an appropriately remunerated role in Ireland was proving to be difficult. Robert and Elaine spotted my talents and strengths before I even came to meet face-to-face, they identified opportunities in a market which I found difficult to penetrate and coached me through the recruitment process. The past two years have been quite turbulent for me career wise. During this time Kate Stewart of Sigmar was always one of the first recruiters I'd turn to when I needed help with job-search. Always positive, approachable and professional, Kate explains the role and expectations very well. She advises on adjustments to the CV so it highlights relevant experience for the role. I would like to recommend James Porter. He recently instigated discussions relative to a potential career move for me. He had obviously researched my current role and Company very well and matched the application of my qualifications and skills to those of the new and more senior management role in a manner that I have not hitherto encountered. I found him to be very affable, thorough, professional, supportive and enthusiastic. James inspired complete confidence because I felt that he was genuinely interested in finding the best person for the job and he made me feel like I was the best person for that job.
