Was with Mike for 12 weeks and couldn't recommend him more. He took time to discuss my goals and diet, and developed a personalized program that was catered to suit my schedule. The program adjusted my diet so I gained weight, increased strength and perfected my form. Mike's passion and genuine interest in my development kept me motivated and focused throughout the program, leading to gained weight and a nearly doubling of my 1-rep max. His expertise also helped me overcome an injured shoulder through rehab workouts and constant encouragement . For anyone like me who had no knowledge of weight training and struggled with gaining weight for years, Mike is your man.
