What makes a great website?
A great website needs to a few different components that make it useful and relevant to the people that view it but also search engines. For the people that view the site it needs to be the right amount of relevant information, easy to use/navigate and solve the query that the person has. For search engines it needs to be all of the above as well! Search engines love a website that is easy to use/crawl, has relevant information and solve user intent.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Relatively simple ones! On all projects, we try and keep them as practical and straightforward as possible. We ask clients what is the current situation, what is working and what is not working, and what are they struggling with. The more relevant context given to a project the better. We also ask the client what they feel the goal of the project is and what they think success for the project looks like.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the variety the job brings, each client is different and so is their business. Also helping solve small businesses marketing problems and watching them grow is a very rewarding process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Precision Plan Marketing was founded on the basis that in a lot of cases SME's and startups don't have financial resources and knowledge to market their company successfully.
