Bobby and the team are great instructors, professional and dedicated. As a fellow instructor, the studio and location are perfect to run my own classes and spacious enough to teach plenty of clients. Highly recommended.

Peak Performance Quick and Healthy Recipes . Courgette Tuna Cakes Absolutely Loved this from the All New “Peak Performance Quick and Healthy Recipes “ . It was what it said on the tin both Quick and Healthy but also really tasty . I’m no chef and have no Patience for complicated recipes so this was ideal put all the ingredients in one bowl and mix . The launch by Peak Performance of a cookbook containing 30 quick and healthy recipes is just another example of the superiority of this gym. No boring recipes here that taste of diet ! This book ticks all the boxes , very tasty , easy and quick ! I can vouch on day one for the curried chicken bowls , delicious! The added bonus is that every recipe has a barcode which scans into My Fitness Pal app and gives all the macros, calories etc so no need to scan every pack or ingredient and no excuses left to ‘forget’ some !! Bobby and his team once again have shown that they will help every client in any way they can to achieve their goals . Everyone will enjoy this book and there are deserts included also ! I started training with Chris a few weeks back and he is fantastic at what he does, would highly recommend him. Very patient, takes the time to make sure you have the right technique to avoid injury and pushes you to get the benefits.

I have been training with Chris in a small group of 3, twice per week for 6 months and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Chris is patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly and dedicated.
He will teach you how to lift weights properly using the correct techniques in order to avoid injury. Chris is unique because he will push you to your limits and make sure you get the most out of your workouts but he manages to do this with an encouraging smile and a relaxed manner! He is genuinely dedicated to making sure that you get results.

As a beginner to strength training, I have learned a lot and I am now feeling confident enough to go it alone. Thanks Chris! Fantastic coach!

Thanks so much to coach Bobby and his team! Just completed 10 PT sessions ! After having a slipped disc and been told that an operation was needed I felt id never be able to exercise and terrified of gyms walking up the stairs (the hardest part), I quickly was put to ease by talking to coach Bobby about what would be best suitable for me with my injury ! Week 1 I had really bad sciatica and by week 3 it was completely gone!!!!!! I was told previous not to excerise and now i can lift weights and am back to regular exercise, including the strength and condition and boxfit classes! I even ventured on the anual peak walk to kenmare!!!!! In january I could barely get off the floor! Bobby has shared his extensive knowledge and is so patient � the lads are so friendly and make you feel real comfortable there! Im going to continue my fitness journey with peak and keep learning as i go! Anyone suffering with back problems and afraid to exercise, go chat with the lads you wont regret it!! 9 weeks ago I first joined Peak Performance. Before this I would join gyms here and there but after about two weeks I would just lose interest. So I decided to join peak and give it a go at least. My first consultation was with Bobby and we went through what foods to eat and not to eat. He laid out a proper meal plan for me and took my work schedule into account. What I loved is that your not restricted to foods and finally learned of checking and monitoring how many calories your taking. After the consultation we were on to the personal training with Jared and I can truly say I love every minute of it! He has time and patience in showing you the correct ways to workout and what muscles each workout is for. Its quality over quantity as he says! I would recommend Peak Performance to any new beginner looking to start a new lifestyle because you will see the results in no time! The boys inside there Bobby, Jared, Chris and Rob are the soundest bunch you could meet and are true professionals. I had always wanted to be able go to the gym and do a workout but I never felt confident enough to go, nor did I know what the hell I was meant to do when I got in there or even how to work most of the facilities. I've been training here since May and already see a massive difference. Completely professional but relaxed atmosphere. The team/coaches are always on hand to offer advise and answer any questions you have. I received a nutritional plan off Jared and saw myself down a jean size after a month. He worked off my normal day to day diet and just added a few tweaks to it to maximise my weight loss goal. I was still able eat everything I normally would but now I can lose weight while doing it. I'm also doing ongoing PT sessions with Chris and honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better to work out with, very motivating and pushes you to your max capability but in an enjoyable manner. I never thought I'd see the day that lifting weights would be so much fun. I try do 2-3 classes a week, both the strength and conditioning and boxing condition. The classes are fantastic , and if your looking for something enjoyable, effective and 60 minute sweat session then these are the classes to go to. Peak performance is absolutely second to none and if your looking for results then it's the gym to join. More...

Found it very hard to find a gym where they offered evening PT sessions as classes tend to be on. Peak performance offers them at any time that suits you. I completed the 12-week Peek Physique Program in Peak Performance Killarney. Firstly, I was under no illusions after my first consultation with Bobby that he expected 110% commitment in both the training and nutrition side of this amazing program. I considered myself an “ordinary woman”, size 8 with a nice enough figure wrapped in clothing but my goals were to achieve a leaner, toned body while dropping my bodyfat % and transform my ordinary body to extraordinary. Bobby explained with honesty that with challenging work and dedication on my part and his commitment along with Jared’s the second coach supporting me in this challenge my goals were achievable. So, I signed up optimistic and a little apprehensive for the weeks to come. I loved the training although intense as it was at times I found the nutrition side of this programme a personal challenge for me. I had a lot of body fat to lose (in my opinion) and food prep was foreign to me. Jared had his work cut out for him regarding me and my nutrition but I think we succeeded in the end. Patience is his superpower! The food was not chicken and broccoli every day all day. It was varied and clean and I have used what I learnt and I’m applying this in my everyday life even after the 12 week program has ended. This program is a personal and financial commitment but if everything in life was easy we all would be walking around with 5-10% bodyfat and killer abs. Challenge yourself and be realistic of your goals. Bobby, Jared and the team at Peak Performance Killarney will guide you in reaching your goals. I’m living proof of this. You just have to click on my transformation picture to see the results. The abundance of support, knowledge, experience and laughs I received and the sense of community I was made feel a part of made my decision very easy to continue my training after the 12 weeks has finished at Peak Performance Killarney. Peak performance Academy is a state of the Art Facility with great coaches great equipment a big variety of classes . There is a great atmosphere and a real sense of community and in addition the hygiene and cleanliness is of the highest standard . It is a place for everybody from beginner to the Experienced Athlete . I have been doing personal training with Bobby for the last 5 years and his coaching skills and total dedication has led me to excel in my sport of powerlifting . So far so good!!! I'm halfway through a programme of 10 personal training sessions with Chris Lynch, having done zero training for over 10 years. ......so obviously I'm a bit stiff, but already feeling the benefits of it. Chris is very thorough and fair, is clearly and expert in his field, and communicates himself very well. He has each session very well planned out and varied, with follow up texts of work done and other advice regarding nutrition, recovery etc. Facilities wise, the gym is spacious and airy, with all brand new equipment, and plenty of it. There is also a separate room for classes, none of which I have attended yet. Keep up the good work lads!! More...
