I am a Chartered Engineer myself, close to retirement and I can honestly say that in my experience, Stephen is a first-class Engineer. I presented him with a messy situation regarding my CCTV system and he applied his knowledge, experience contacts and expertise to resolving all outstanding issues. I went from one camera working to all five cameras working, recording and accessible remotely. He was courteous and respectful and stuck with it (hours) until the system was fully up and running.
