Highly recommend this salon and will return eventho I live an hour away it will be worth the drive. I had a restyle cut and best cut I think I have ever had and love it. massive thank you to Bianca for the fab upstyle on my hair last sat I loved it and got so many compliments that girl has magic hands and a lots of creativity and it never budged until I took it down on Monday night and also to the girl that did Ambers hair apologies I can't recall her name but the curls held so well and all lasted until Sunday thanks again ladies

I’ve been meaning to write this review for the last couple of weeks but it completely slipped my mind! Would 100% recommend these lovely ladies, I had no appointment and came into them with hair that was in an absolute state from trying to strip it at home it genuinely looked like it was from a cartoon they looked after me so well and they all contributed to fixing my hair, I genuinely couldn’t believe the difference and my hair was still feeling amazing and still is feeling amazing after all that went into it, very fair priced as well, thanks a million guys!

Cannot recommend this place enough, they were AMAZING, so unbelievably friendly and helpful. I was a guest in athlone for a wedding and got a 'bouncy blowdry' in another salon which fell out in less than 10mins after leaving ��my hair looked like a drowned rat. ... the amazing ladies in this salon fitted in me and made my hair look fabulous, and it held all day, and night! Lucky enough to get a last minute appointment for Saturday afternoon. Went with full intensions of just getting an all over colour. But of course, as us women do, I changed my mind as soon as I sat in the chair. I have long wanted to put GREY into my hair but was always told "oh ya would need to come back upto 8-10 times". This was not the case in MEDUSSA HAIR SALON. After a brief discussion with the staff and owner, they said they could do it for me and wouldn't allow me leave until it was right. SO, I sent the boyfriend off and all the staff got involved in the transformation. I couldn't believe the attention to detail that they all gave, even the owner was by my side for the duration of the colour change, and they all checked and watched my hair closely. Honestly blowing away by the care and service all the girls gave. Due to the task on hand, and trust me, it wasn't an easy task, the owner kept me there 2 hours after closing time to finish off my transformation. WELL, OMG, I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH THE OUTCOME. Hi my daughter was a bit upset today about her hair. She had had highlights done a few weeks back and decided to put a toner in. But she bought bleach by accident. Her friend put said bleach in the top and front of Abbies hair, rubbed it in. So Abbies hair was a mess. She made an app with Boston Belle in Athlone to be told they couldn't or wouldn't go near her hair after a "strand test" Abbie rang me in tears. She was going to the races on Thurs and all this Boston Belle salon could say to her was go home and use "head and shoulders" for the week and come back to me. I was frantic for her. I had passed Medussa earlier in the day and decided to ring them and see if they could help. The girl there didn't hesitate for a minute. Said bring her up to me as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do. That I did. They hadn't time to do highlights for her but set about fixing it and toning it for her. She was so happy. They were brilliant and couldn't do enough for my 17 year old daughter. I can't recommend them enough. Sorry for the long message. But thanks so much. More...
