Mark is a very talented Web Designer, creating my E-Commerce store exactly how I imagined it to be & he did it in less than 1 week. I can now sell my products + take payments online during & after this COVID-19 crisis.

His background of being in E-Commerce and selling his own products helps greatly too. He doesn't just build an E-Commerce store - he designs it to have the highest conversion rate for sales, having a great user experience for customers & collecting info off site visitors such as their emails & phone numbers so I can contact them later.

Mark records tutorials on how to use the software he builds his sites on so non tech-heads like myself can easily use the site, whether that be adding new products or fulfilling orders. He also checks up with me often to see how I am going with the store & if I have any problems.

I gave him the full 5 star rating (and more!) because Mark also gave me an online marketing strategy & social media plan to implement for my business & new E-Commerce store for free! His knowledge regarding this online sales space is second to none. I could not recommend anyone else higher than him after working with online freelancers and the likes in the past.
