What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of recovering for clients money which THEY own but had often given up hope of ever seeing again. I have an ingrained love of justice
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working as Group Management Accountant for one of Ireland's largest insurance brokerages (for over seven years) finally convinced me that I had a lot to give in the field of Overdue Accounts Recovery. And I preferred to do it for myself rather than others

We routinely collect Overdue Accounts from debtors located all over the Island of Ireland. And we do so Effectively, Efficiently, and ECONOMICALLY. Also we treat all clients with honesty and fairness at all times. Finally we treat their debtors with all due respect, and maintain everybody's confidentiality

We have never met in person with well over 90% of our clients. And not just the ones from outside Ireland but also many of our Irish clients. We minimise our travel costs which enables us to pass on savings by way of lower Commission Rates
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have never encouraged visitors to our premises for insurance purposes and we have now barred visitors completely. We have also curtailed our visits to debtors to the absolute minimum and then only where they totally fail to respond to us
