I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher. I’ve completed Yoga Teacher Trainings in London and India. My students will find my classes to be not only challenging but also fun and playful. I have practiced in various countries around the world and I love the feeling that yoga leaves me with, in particular vinyasa, hatha and yin. What I love to see the most is students progressing, changing and on a journey to meeting their full potential on and off the mat! Whether you are a complete beginner, a person who struggles with some aches and pains in your body - together we will achieve fantastic results!
