Sketch Design Plan
Produce an indicative layout for your garden, allowing clients for their feedback (2No. Revisions)
Detailed Plan/Contractor Drawing
A more in depth & detailed plan, to scale showing individual elements, areas and specifications, allowing a Contractor to build from this plan. I provide no nonsense coloured plans, making them easier to read.
3D imagery/Sketches
An integral part of the process in communicating a design to a client, 3D imagery allows clients to see how the garden design will look.
Bespoke Detail Drawings
I can produce more complicated and bespoke design details (Such Barbeque Pits, Fire pits or Decking areas) allowing the Contractor to build more complicated specifications, bespoke to the clients design.
Detailed Planting Plan & Specifications
A seperate, more detailed plan showing the Tree & planting scheme, giving accurate areas & quantities of plants, & a planting schedule. An accurate cost of soft landscaping can be gained from this, showing the client the expected cost of the garden.
