Our group of 60 stayed and everyone was made to feel they were the only ones! The hotel is gracious with olde world charm, rooms are stylish and spotless, dinner was delicious as was the generous breakfast. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I rang the hotel to make a dinner reservation for a small family event on a Sunday afternoon for the following day. There was a few of us and at short notice we didn’t expect much just a bit of dinner. The hotel were so friendly and offered to put on a set menu and set up a table for us with balloons and personalised menus etc. We were met at the door and the waiter, Marcin, could not have done more for us. We were guests at Elaine and Barry's wedding on the 30th of November. We arrived to wonderful reception food and drink were a plenty. we were staying overnight and were able to check in straight away. The room was bright and cheerful very spacious. The main event of the speeches and meal was exceptional very well organised the lady waiting on our table(Elizabeth o D ) was cheerful polite and attentive to detail made the day most enjoyable. The evening's events were also a great way for everyone to celebrate the occasion. Morning breakfast again service was special and reliable. Wow is what comes to mind. This hotel was wow from the moment I stepped inside the hotel. The decor is absolutely fabulous so modern and comfortable. Hadn't been for awhile.then it was twice in two weeks. First was for a murder mystery night , great fun to be had. Food on that night was plentiful and delicious. Second time I was there was for lunch Mabel's was full so we had barfood,soup and sandwich,didn't disappoint. Only thing changing in Vienna Woods Hotel is the decor. We have gone for family dinners for celebrations and birthdays here a number of times over the past few months. I can’t fault anything about it. It has been quiet when we have gone there and it is for sure a hidden gem in Cork. The menu has extensive options for all, and the food is tasty and delicious. Literally everyone has come away happy on each occasion. One time we went there and my own order was incorrect and they went above and beyond to make it up. The service is brilliant. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The hotel has a lot of parking but it did fill up for the wedding we attended The staff were nice and friendly, the rooms nice and modern but ours did smell of smoking. The food was excellent

Vienna woods what a stunning venue to stay in . Couldn't get over the detail of the wedding room we were sitting in . We felt SO at home here at Vienna Woods, largely in part to the overwhelming hospitality of one of the owners, Michael. We met him in the lobby on Day 1 of our stay, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I thought at first he was the Concierge, because he was so outgoing and had great recommendations for things to do in the area!! We had breakfast and dinner each day at the restaurant, and, along with a varied menu, all of the servers were also examples of shining Irish hospitality. This location is about 10 minutes from Cork city, easy to find, and popular with the locals for parties and events, as it’s a former mansion with many rooms converted to bar, dining rooms, etc. Would go back in a heartbeat!! Where do I start |Fro. the 1st moment we walked in the door if Vienna woods hotel , we were both treated like family. |The hotel is like a home from home. |We recently held our wedding here and all.i can say is wow . From Michael the owner/general manager to John the deputy general manager, adina the wedding coordinator the service was fantastic.|A special mention to Kyhan and Shulagh , the duty manager and breakfast manager respectively , they level of service we got from these 2 members of staff was second to none.|Shulagh was like a 2nd mom who couldn't do anymore to help us during our stay . |Kyhan reminded me of a brother , attentive and always within eyeshot, no request was an issue . Loved it, beautiful Hotel Family wedding in Viennawoodshotel last week and had to say the Hotel, staff and food was . First time bringing 2x Boy Toddlers to a wedding and they made it a breeze. So child friendly and welcoming " Vienna Woods is just perfect spot for a family break . We had a Beautiful Weekend ! So, THANK YOU!!
